To encourage people to fly for our airline we have introduced a rank system.

- Cadet (0–10h): Cadet pilots can only fly short-haul routes and our short-haul codeshare routes.
- Second Officer (10–40h): Second Officers unlock medium-haul routes and medium-haul codeshare routes.
- First Officer (40–90h): First Officers are allowed to fly long-haul routes.
- Captain (90–200h): Captains unlock long-haul codeshare routes and receive a 1.25× flight time multiplier for each flight.
- Senior Captain (200+h): Senior Captains enjoy an improved 1.5× flight time multiplier for each flight.
It should also be noted that ROTW flights have a multiplier of x1.5, group flights (3 or more pilots) have a multiplier of x1.75 and events have a multiplier of x2.
